New Seaton offers two home types: towns and singles. The homes range from 3 to 4 bedrooms and from 1,500 to 2,520 square feet. Aspen Ridge Homes is offering several included features on this release:

• 3-inch natural stain solid oak hardwood flooring on the main level (excluding tiled areas)
• Granite kitchen countertop, as per plan from the builder’s standard samples
• Natural oak staircase from the ground floor to the second floor, as per plan from the builder’s standard samples
• Free Rogers services for 12 months (Ignite internet, TV and home phone)

Aspen Ridge also has bonus packages that depend on the home type. The 13-foot rear lane townhomes include $3,000 in free upgrades at the Design Studio and 5 free appliances. The 20-foot townhomes include $10,000 in free upgrades at the Design Studio and 5 free appliances.

Pricing starts at $829,990 and goes up to $1,099,990. Freehold townhomes are listed from the $800’s. The builder has not yet published a full price list for each plan, so contact us for current pricing and availability.

Deposit terms vary by builder within New Seaton:

• Aspen Ridge 13-foot rear lane towns: $20,000 with the agreement, then in 60, 120 and 150 days.
• Aspen Ridge 20-foot towns: $25,000 with the agreement, then in 60, 120 and 150 days.
• Brookfield Residential: $10,000 on signing, $20,000 in 30 days and $20,000 in 60 days, for a total of $50,000.

New Seaton also includes capped development charges at $5,000 at no cost to the buyer, and $10,000 in upgrades inclusive of H.S.T. The upgrades have no cash value and are used at the time of the decor appointment. Price figures on this page are not stated as net of any HST rebate.
