Through relationships with some of the largest builders in Canada, we give our clients first access to pricing, floor plans, availability and the best incentives on new pre-construction projects in the GTA, often before they open to the public.

Buying before a home is built is different from buying a resale home. We make sure you understand what you are buying: the deposit structure, the closing costs, the occupancy and closing dates and what to check in the agreement. Our team is available to answer questions all the way to closing.

How we work with buyers

Meet Mohit Garg, Broker and founder

Mohit is a broker with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage and the founder of TallProperty, with more than a decade in real estate. After an engineering degree from J.C. Bose University in India, he lived in New York and San Francisco before moving to Canada in 2004.

He bought his first investment property in 2011. Since then he has studied market trends and growth areas across the GTA, first for his own portfolio and now for his clients, who get the same research and builder access.
