Overview
Bloom Park is a new community of detached homes and towns by DECO Homes in Seaton, Pickering, near Burkholder Drive and Alexander Knox Road. DECO says the community is coming this fall. It is surrounded by parks, woodlands, ponds and connected trails, with a landmark 10-hectare park and recreation complex at its centre.

DECO has published five detached home designs on 36 ft. and 43 ft. lots:
- The Jasmine: 2,294 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (optional 3.5)
- The Daffodil: 2,467 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths
- The Violet Corner: 2,562 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths
- The Orchid: 2,771 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths
- The Carnation: 2,861 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms (optional 5), 3.5 baths

The park and recreation complex
The centrepiece of the neighbourhood is a purpose-built recreation complex set in protected parkland. DECO describes the park as guided by the landscape, with separate recreation and leisure areas for all ages, and indoor activity spaces that residents can use all year.
Location
Seaton is a large new master-planned community in north Pickering, in Durham Region. Bloom Park sits near Burkholder Drive and Alexander Knox Road.
