Mattamy plans to offer its WideLot homes at Arbourview. Wider lots give each home more frontage and more room inside and out. Mattamy lists these WideLot features:

- A kitchen with more cabinetry and counter space, with the option to add an island
- Extra windows at the front and back for more natural light
- A front porch
- Wider frontages and larger windows for more curb appeal
- A flexible ground-floor room that can be a home office, playroom, gym or guest bedroom

Location and getting around
Georgetown has GO Transit service, and Highways 7, 401 and 407 are within reach for commuting. Mattamy points to Georgetown’s well-preserved downtown on Main Street, with local cafés, restaurants and boutiques, and the Georgetown Farmers’ Market.
Parks and recreation
Nearby you can explore the trails, bridges and forest of Hungry Hollow, along with other parks and conservation areas. The Gellert Community Centre offers fitness, swimming and sports, and Williams Mill Creative Arts Studios hosts local artists. Schools and childcare are close by.
