Appellation has three home styles:

- Detached homes on 27 ft, 33 ft and 36 ft lots for more space and privacy
Plans are open-concept, with up to 5 bedrooms, and are designed around natural light, storage and flexible space. Primont says the mix suits young families, professionals and multi-generational households, and optional builder-finished basements are offered.

Location and getting around
Welland sits in the middle of the Niagara Region, close to Niagara Falls, Thorold and Hamilton. Highway 406 is close by for weekend trips. Primont points to strolls along the canal, local festivals, parks and waterways, and nearby restaurants, shops and everyday conveniences.
Nearby schools and parks
Primont says the community has walkable streets, nearby schools and local parks, with the canal close by for bike rides. The builder does not name specific schools, so check with the local school boards for the schools that serve this area.
