LIV Communities – new homes & condos

LIV Communities traces its origins to Landmart Homes, a family-owned homebuilder with roughly 45 years of history. The company was founded by Mario Roque, and its story began with custom homes. In 2007, Landmart shifted from building only custom homes to becoming a larger, production-scale builder. In 2015, Landmart created a new division, LIV Communities, to pursue growth in the Greater Toronto Area housing market. Today the company operates from Burlington, Ontario, and offers new homes, townhomes and single-family homes across Ontario. It says it creates both custom homes and master-planned communities. Our current LIV Communities listings include townhomes, detached homes and condos, with projects in cities such as Brantford, Welland, Simcoe, Burlington, Hamilton, Paris and Severn.
