Soleil sits at the foot of the Niagara Escarpment in Milton. The escarpment gives this part of town a backdrop of green ridges, conservation areas and trails, which is a big part of the appeal for families who want more outdoor space than a city condo can offer.

The builder notes that the community is near the planned Milton Education Village. As with any planned area, timing is not in the builder’s hands, so treat it as a possible future benefit rather than something already in place.

Soleil is not the first Mattamy project in this community. The earlier Soleil Condo 4 by Mattamy Homes was a six-storey condominium building that has sold out and was completed in 2024. Soleil Towns offers attached freehold two-storey townhomes. Freehold means you own the home and the land it sits on. According to the builder:

• Sizes: 1,572 to 1,842 sq ft.
• Bedrooms and baths: 3 to 4 bedrooms, with 2 full baths and 1 half bath.
• Bancroft: 1,572 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
• Hammond: 1,690 sq ft.
• Norwood End: 1,842 sq ft, an end-unit plan.
• Parking: the builder’s page lists a 1-car garage.
• Outdoor space: a full backyard.

The builder describes the plans as thoughtfully designed spaces. Floorplans and elevations can differ between lots, so ask us for the plan that matches the lot you are interested in.

As of November 6, 2026, the builder lists these Phase 2 starting prices:

• Bancroft: from $822,115
• Hammond: from $837,159
• Norwood End: from $880,522

Three quick move-in homes on Burdock Court are also listed, with March 2027 occupancy:
