Hawthorne on Trafalgar by Mattamy Homes in Milton

The community sits on Trafalgar Road in Milton, a fast-growing town in Halton Region on the western edge of the Greater Toronto Area. Trafalgar Road is one of the main north-south roads linking Milton with Oakville and Halton Hills, and Mattamy describes the area as having access to Highway 401 and Highway 407 for commuters heading toward Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville or Hamilton.

Mattamy’s notes on the community point to planned schools, parks and trails in the surrounding neighbourhood. Because these are future amenities, timing and exact locations depend on the town and the school boards; ask us and we will share what has been confirmed when you are ready to decide.

Mattamy lists two home types for Hawthorne on Trafalgar:

• WideLot townhomes: Mattamy’s WideLot name is used for townhomes designed on wider lots than a standard townhome. Lot widths and plans for this community have not been released yet.
• Detached homes: single detached homes in the same community. Plans, bedroom counts and square footage have not been published.

Mattamy has not published floor plans, finishes or the number of homes for this community at this stage. Rather than guess, we will update this page once the builder releases plans.
