Kingsley Square is planned as two buildings, each 15 storeys tall:

• Building A: 15 storeys and 166 units, with a gym, party room, boardroom and rooftop terrace.
• Building B: 15 storeys and 161 units, with a pet wash, guest suite and boardroom.

Suites are offered as one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. The buildings are designed by Kohn Partnership Architects, with interiors by Cecilia Botha. Suite sizes and floor plans have not been published on the project website; contact us and we will send the plans that are currently available.

The project website lists two-bedroom suites from the $800s. One-bedroom pricing is not listed, and only a limited number of one-bedroom suites remain. The deposit structure has not been published.
