Brooklin Towns by Madison Group in Whitby

Brooklin Towns is in the Brooklin area of north Whitby, Ontario, at the corner of Baldwin Street South and Roybrook Avenue. Madison Group places the community where Highway 407 meets Highway 12, so drivers have highway access close by for trips across Durham Region and into the rest of the GTA.

Madison Group describes Brooklin Towns as a community of 159 homes across two phases. Phase 1, which this page covers, has 59 two- and three-storey townhomes. Phase 2 is marketed separately as Brooklin Towns 2.0 Urban Towns; see our Brooklin Towns 2.0 page for that release.

As of October 25, 2026, Madison Group lists the 2- and 3-storey towns at Brooklin Towns as now selling from $819,990 for 2,000 sq. ft. This replaces the older starting price that was shown on this page from the original launch. Prices can change by home and by release, so always ask for the current price list before you decide.

HST rebate: we have not confirmed whether Brooklin Towns qualifies for Ontario’s new-home HST rebate programs. Eligibility depends on the buyer, the home and the purchase agreement. Check with your real estate lawyer before you rely on any rebate.
