Location and neighbourhood

West Brooklin sits at Ashburn Road and Highway 7 on the west side of Brooklin, the village community in north Whitby. The neighbourhood is planned along a natural heritage system, so green space is part of the community design rather than an afterthought.

Brooklin has a long-established village core and a growing number of new low-rise communities, which makes it a popular choice for families moving east from the rest of the GTA who want more space. Highway 7 runs along the area, giving drivers a direct east-west route.
