LCH Developments – new homes & condos

LCH Developments traces its origins to 2007, when the company began with modest resources and limited capital. It was founded by brothers Michal and Lukasz Wywrot, both first-generation Polish immigrants. In 2013 the brothers moved into real estate development, starting with custom homes and townhouses. By 2017 the company had focused on high-density mid-rise buildings, which has become its main area of work. LCH Developments reports five other mid-rise projects with over 1,200 units in its pipeline.
