The homes
There are two series at Unity.
- Siena rear lane towns: 14 ft 8 in wide, from 1,877 to 2,750 sq. ft. The models we checked have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a powder room.
- Verona back-to-back towns: 22 ft 1 in wide, from 1,735 to 2,589 sq. ft., with 3 or 4 bedrooms.
Each series comes in several elevations, and some lots are corner (flankage) units. Starlane’s standard features include 2 x 6 exterior wall studs, near full-height R-20 basement insulation, R-60 attic insulation and Energy Star rated vinyl casement windows. Location and getting around
Unity is minutes from historic Main Street Unionville and its shops, cafés and restaurants. Highways 404 and 407 are close by for commuting across the GTA, and GO Transit and York Region Transit serve the area. CF Markville Shopping Centre is a short drive away.
Parks and recreation
The Angus Glen Community Centre has an ice rink, swimming pools and a fitness centre, and the Angus Glen Golf Club is nearby. For walks and bike rides, there is Toogood Pond Park, Milne Dam Conservation Park and Rouge National Urban Park.
