South Banks by DECO Homes in Mississauga

South Banks is part of Lakeview Village, a new master-planned community in the Lakeview neighbourhood of southeast Mississauga, on the shore of Lake Ontario. Lakeview sits next to the Toronto border, so buyers can be close to the lake while staying connected to both Mississauga and Etobicoke.

South Banks sits south of Lakeshore Road East, near Jim Tovey Boulevard and Aerodrome Avenue, a short walk from the Lake Ontario waterfront, Lakefront Promenade Park and the Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area. Buyers comparing locations should look at the GO Transit and MiWay routes that serve the Lakeview area, nearby highway access, and the waterfront parks and trails along the lake.

For schools, check with the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, which serve Mississauga. School boundaries for a new community can change, so confirm them before you buy if schools matter to your decision.

South Banks is a collection of coastal townhomes. Here is what the builders have released so far:

• Bedrooms: 2 to 4 bedroom plans.
• Sizes: approximately 930 to 1,460 sq. ft. of above-grade living.
• Outdoor space: rooftop terrace options on some plans.

Floor plans, finishes, unit counts and the site plan have not been released yet. Register with us and we will send them as soon as they are available. Townhomes in this size range can suit first-time buyers, downsizers who want to stay near the lake, and families who need a third or fourth bedroom.

Prices at South Banks start from the $500s. Pricing for each plan, the deposit structure and any launch incentives have not been announced. Contact us for current pricing and deposit details; we will share them as soon as the builders release them.

When you compare offers, look at the total deposit, how it is spread over time, what is included in the price, and any closing cost caps. We can walk you through the agreement before you sign.
