Northshore Towns is at 490 Plains Road East in Burlington, Ontario, close to the corner of King Road and Plains Road East. This part of Plains Road is in the west end of Burlington, between the Aldershot and LaSalle areas and west of downtown Burlington, not far from the Lake Ontario shoreline and Burlington Bay.

Plains Road East is an established street with local shops, cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. The neighbourhood has parks and green space nearby, and the waterfront is a short trip away. For commuters, the area is served by GO Transit at Aldershot GO Station, and Highway 403 and the QEW run close by.

National Homes is also marketing Northshore Condos in Burlington. If you ask for floor plans or a price list, make sure they are for the townhomes and not the condos.

Northshore Towns has two styles of townhome:

• Bungalow towns: 2 bedrooms, with garden patios
• Terrace towns: 2 or 3 bedrooms
• Sizes: up to 1,304 sq ft
• Parking: included
• Amenities: resort-style amenities, including a gym and a media room

The bungalow towns may suit buyers who want a garden patio, while the terrace towns give a choice of 2 or 3 bedrooms. The number of storeys and the total number of homes have not been confirmed by the builder, so ask us for the current floor plans and site plan to compare layouts.

National Homes lists Northshore Towns townhomes from $589,990 (builder update, October 29, 2026). Prices can change between releases and by floor plan, and the builder’s published price may not reflect the latest release, so contact us for the current price list before you decide.

The builder has not published a deposit structure for Northshore Towns. We only show numbers we can confirm, so we are not listing a deposit schedule here.
