Mackenzie Park will offer three home types, giving buyers a range of sizes and price points within one community:

Brightstone describes the homes as having bright, open-concept living areas, modern finishes, versatile dens and cozy living spaces, and functional floor plans. The builder’s interior renderings show the kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom design style planned for the community.

The deposit structure has not been published either.
