Huxley offers two home types in Phase 1:

• Single family homes (front-drive): listed from the $660’s.
• Duplex homes: listed at $579,900 and $609,900.

Homes range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and from 1,614 to 2,664 sq ft. For floor plans, included features and finish options, contact us. The builder has not yet published a complete list of standard features for every home type.

Pricing starts at $579,900 for duplex homes. Front-drive single family homes are listed from the $660’s. Current incentive: a 1.99% fixed rate for your first 6 months.
