The homes

Five Creeks offers four collections. The traditional townhome is the Monora at 1,690 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms. Semi-detached designs, such as the Dragonfly, Maywood, Erindale, Cedarstone and Alexandra, range from about 1,550 to 1,815 sq. ft., each with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

The 40′ detached homes run from about 1,920 to 2,700 sq. ft. with 3 or 4 bedrooms. The 45′ detached homes are the largest collection, from about 2,295 to 3,565 sq. ft. with 3 to 5 bedrooms. Great Gulf also mentions adaptable floorplans, Fullhouse layouts designed to make the most of the space, and bungaloft designs for buyers who want main-floor living. Orangeville is the main town in Dufferin County, northwest of Brampton. Great Gulf highlights the historic downtown, local culture and access to the rest of the GTA by highway.
