About the project
Birchaus Condos is a New Condominium development by Altree Developments located at Birchmount Rd & Kingston Rd, Toronto. The entire development will have a modern architectural design with red brick on the lower levels and a mix of black, grey and white precast paneling framing the rest of the building.
Modern elements of glass will be incorporated as well with large windows and glass guardrails around the balconies and terraces. For parking, there will be 244 vehicle spaces reserved for residents and 27 reserved for visitors. This new mixed-use condominium aims to provide a comfortable and convenient living experience for its residents.
