The homes
Metro Townhomes are stacked townhomes owned as two-floor condos. Each has 2 bedrooms, an open-concept layout, its own separate entrance and private outdoor space, either a large ground-level patio or a generous balcony. Select homes include underground parking, and the homes offer low-maintenance condo living.
Minto currently shows four plans:
- Leaside, lower interior: 1,063 sq ft including a 581 sq ft finished basement area, from $342,111
- Leaside, lower end: 1,081 sq ft including a 590 sq ft finished basement area, from $373,566
- Union, upper interior: 1,260 sq ft, from $386,805
- Union, upper end: 1,272 sq ft, from $420,998
Prices exclude HST. Each plan comes in two architectural elevations with brick and masonry details, and model homes and virtual tours are available for several plans.
